With a focus on reducing taxes, maximizing equity compensation, and building sustainable, long-term wealth, Dan ensures that every dollar clients earn works as hard as they do.

Drawing from his experience as a former corporate executive who lived the complex comp reality his clients navigate today, Dan understands the challenges of managing wealth amidst a demanding career. That perspective shapes Tailored Wealth’s approach, which pairs advanced financial technology with personalized strategies and ties each client’s plan directly to their portfolio through the firm’s proprietary Life Driven Investing (LDI) framework.

A passionate advocate for financial education, Dan hosts the Making Sense of Your Money platform, spanning his podcast, YouTube channel, and weekly newsletter, and regularly shares thought leadership content on LinkedIn.

Beyond his professional work, Dan is dedicated to giving back. He serves as Vice Chair of Operation Hope of Fairfield, a local nonprofit whose mission is to end hunger and homelessness, one client experience at a time. An active alum of Sacred Heart University, he previously served as two-time Alumni Board President and continues to mentor aspiring professionals. Dan lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife, Juliana, and son, DJ, and is a proud youth sports coach who brings the same dedication and strategic thinking to the field that he applies to his business.
